Sara Zin began her career at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, and later transferred to the University of Washington where she received her degree in Interdisciplinary Visual Art. Soon after, she briefly worked as a freelance designer before joining Smith-Harmon, an email marketing consultancy. While there, she acquired her black belt in the art of the quick turnaround, and had the exciting opportunity to work on many amazing brands.
After working two years in Seattle, she moved to New York City and helped expand the creative services team at Responsys, an interactive marketing company. During her time there, she developed specialized skills and insight into the growing channels of email, social and mobile. After another two years, her love for new adventures brought her to Los Angeles, where she resides as freelance designer and illustrator.
